Voted for rising storm 2 vietnam because its popular and its very fun to play

And rising storm kinda died a little there are only about 700-1000 people playing rather then the 4,000 that used to play. Need something with a bigger player base. Over 20,000 people play arma.

Difference is with arma 3 we can run a milsim unit with actual structure and run different types of missions.

It's not that they lag less it's the engine is powerful compared to source. Gmod can only run 4 aircraft without close to crashing a server Arma can run almost 20 before you get frame drops. I believe Arma is better from a staff and Airforce leader stand point as it has serious players new features coming out by the creators and runs more updated graphics.

Also they have a ground vehicle, naval vehicle and Air vehicle base made by professional developers who made it easy enough to fly but enough room for their to be good and bad pilots and the one of a kind aces.

We have the most popular servers besides the main Star Wars and MRP, arma has hundreds of servers but we have enough people to give it attention.

On top of the fact that I checked the specs, Arma 3 is one of the less intensive games to run. Most people here have atleast 512 MB of VRAM as as a graphics card on the lower end starts at 2 GB. My laptop with integrated graphics and an i3 can run Rainbow Six Siege.

Just because you probably can't run arma does not mean half the community can't. A server or game is not for everyone that's why we have multiple.

umm maybe because source engine never actually made player controlled aircrafts?

if you're referring to WAC some dude made that entirely in Lua. No engine powers, just pure GLua which is very limited. So Props to him for doing that, engines are both fine, but powerful in their own unique ways. Remember that.

Source Engine is a great engine for HL2 and does somewhat well with current engines but gmod can't handle servers military RP focused as well as Arma can. WAC I'm aware of I make aircraft for WAC and it honestly that laggy but I'm just saying I think Arma has the superior engine which allows for better rp. Also the maps are huge so we can do large operations (gmods map vary but the standard maps are very small compared to Arma)
