I am a leader when required. I have experience for staffing and I am a serious person when it comes to work. I've been on halo for over 2 years now and I seek to further progress the server. I have some time before I leave to the military after college, so I wish to spend time on RS. It's a good experience so far, I enjoy atmosphere of Halo. I am a closed person, I do not get along with everyone, it's either you are strictly business or a friend. I believe a sense of respect is everything, unless its broken, I show respect to everyone.

Its average, maybe 4-5 times a week, for 2 or 3 hours. Its been lowered since I don't have high duties to tend to.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less):
I have experience of being a staff member. My first experience on being a staff member, was when I first applied to be a Game-maker, back in 2016 on halo. I was a game-maker for a while then ranks were implemented, so I become a senior game-maker and moved to the staff team. I have been on halo a while to know how the server works and how the staff team should perform. I look to better the staff team and bring the number of personnel, up. I've been on many Garry's mod and Arma 3 servers, but RS Halo RP was my first server I ever decided to staff on. I want to experience the old times again, and see how the staff team preforms.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less):
I know the basics to LUA and ULX jobs. I will be able to help with minor errors and create ideas for possible jobs in the future. I will be able to help upper staff with problems with ranks or jobs, that may be broken, if allowed to. I also know the rules, for I am the one who made them. I can preform punishments, effectively, and up hold the rule of the server. I am not a person to stand by and let rule breakers, affect server performance. Give me the ability to kick or ban, and they will be gone.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less):
I believe I stand out from the others, for the sole fact that I have been on halo for a long time. I have known many staff members, and I was one myself. I believe in the rule of law, and punishment of the rule breakers. Many know me as the old G.M of halo, but for now, just know me as a User posting a T-Mod application.

If they are minging, for example, mic spamming or knifing a wall, I will ask them to stop and warn them if they continue, will face punishment. If they continue, I will proceed to ban or kick them, depending on offense.

A person who is a breaking RP. For self pleasure or accidental. It can be for a verity of reasons. All reasons are invalid, and will be punished.

A player decides to sit on a head of a unggoy. I will ask the player to step down and get off his head. If he complies, I will tell him next time, it will be a kick. If hes doesn't comply, I will most likely ban for a hour for Fail RP and mingery.
