Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words): Ive had past staff and gm experience. I also have a fair enough understanding of the lore and timeline we are in currently. I could further help with relations between SoS/HoJ And things such as ONI as they have had their struggles in the past and have events more player controlled such as them voting on which enemies they fight and what the environment nearby is like but there will always be the event mixed in that the players can't control.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (50+ words): I hope I would be able to benefit the server by giving people like AF their ships for training and what not and helping with other GM's if they need assistance and TPing people like SoS/HoJ to the station and whatnot. Aswell as getting player opinions on what event enemies they might want to see more than others or if they want to possibly get 2 different enemies into one event.
List (10) Ulx Commands and what they do(List something other than: cloak,ban,Kick,Warn,TP,Maul,Slay,Gag,):
!Rocket - Launches target/s
!hp - Sets target/s hp
!armor - Sets target/s armor
!menu - Opens the ULX menu where you can change maps and easier access the commands
!freeze - Freezes the selected target/s and prevents them from being harmed
!god - Makes the target/s invulnerable to all harm
!noclip - allows the user free flight and the ability to phase through walls like a wack ghost
!strip - Strips the target/s weapons
!sslay - Silently slays your target, the true terror command
!blind - Blinds the target/s
What is In character and what is Out of character?: In character is roleplay based. Out of Character is for the boys to talk about real world stuff is what i mostly see it used for or a simple partially memey chat they couldn't have in rp
Are you willing to work with a Game Maker Team?: Yes
What is the purpose of a Game Maker?: To ensure player base has what they need to be productive and to keep people interested in playing on the server
Give us a full event idea you have. ( 3 Paragraphs ): The battle group receives a long delayed signal from a crashed covenant vessel while they were searching for a supposed nearby insurgent threat. The battle group goes there to see a splinter group of the covenant that isn't aware that high charity has fallen and are still attempting to contact them.
The players will have a choice of attempting to make contact with the covenant or to attempt to destroy them. If the players so choose to attempt contact with them they can either make a stealthier approach and send forward the SoS/HoJ that are on the server at the time, or they could hide themselves as traders with valuable equipment that they are willing to sell to boost radio equipment *Insert players choice of wording*.
If the players choose to shoot first question later then they will be greeted with heavy resistance as the covenant have had time to grow their numbers from the crew of a single CCS to three. The players will have to either fend off waves of covenant in a KOTH sort of part or take care of most of their numbers in their own way such as blowing up the ships reactors killing most troops that remained inside aswell as their leader. With the leader dead the troops will become weaker, they will become desperate and begin sending out grunts instead of more valuable units such as elites and hunters.
Once the players have chosen either Genocide or Pacifist route they will be allowed to leave with anything they are able to either grab from the dead or bribe from the living.
Vehicles will be permitted for both scenes---If they're sneaking in to destroy them from inside out they could have someone drive shadows full of the troops in. If they choose a frontal assault cruisers and such will be allowed but the enemy will have tyrant and scarab alike to fight back with.
Map would be hopefully on Brokenwing which is a map we used to have. Time of day could depend on players choice of assault.
I Tartarus Agree and understand that i am not staff, and it is not my job to do staff duties, unless there is 0 staff on i will not use my commands unless needed. I also agree that i will not noclip/abuse my powers.
I, Tartarus, acknowledge that this application is to be filled out with complete honesty. Being accepted will hold me at a higher standard in behavior and demeanor. Not doing my job or abusing will result in an instant demotion.
I,Tartarus, Swear to uphold the server rules, and enforce them.And to stay within the limits and rights given to me by my assigned rank within GM's.And to keep a calm head and clear judgement when dealing with staff and or players, in order to ensure fairness to all who join the server.
And that if i Tartarus am found in violation of the rules i swore to uphold, and of this contract that i can and will be removed from GM's and or staff and forever barred from Re-Applying, along with any other Consequences that are deemed Necessary.
