Good Evening Ladies and Gentlemen
I Honestly didn’t know if i would ever write on of these but here it goes.
Effective Immediately I Will be stepping down from my position as the Director of the Office of Naval Intelligence (Due to me receive a tremendous promotion and opportunity IRL). It has been an honor to work with every ONI Agent, Spartan, Operative and Freelancer that has served a rotation with the Office. It has been a rollercoaster of a year, I have seen the Office at its lowest where we struggled to barely complete one assignment that was given to us, to the Office flourish and become a formidable structure being a beacon for others to follow. I am honored and thankful to leave in my place a person I respect and have faith to keep the heart and soul of ONI alive. That person is ONI Director Xain. I have no doubt that the Office will continue to reach new found heights and levels that were never achievable while I served as Head. I am thankful for the personnel that trusted me to lead them and forge the structure that we have created to this day. With this structure we have be able to accomplish tremendous things in the betterment of the server. I also want to thank those who hated me and worked for my down fall, for in your failure we were able to learn many things that ultimately produced a stronger organism that still stands today. This opportunity is one that i will never forget and that I will carry with me as I continue to serve the Office in other forms and fashions. To my fellow ONI Agents i have one last thing to say to you that i hope you carry with you from here on and into the future. "After you have done all you can ... Just Stand".

Evening Yall
Most people know be by Zeus|Georgia|Angel|Hercules very few people know me as Xavier. To those people i want to thank you the most. Along time ago this server saved me from a dark and dangerous path and it is because of those people that I am able to write this today. This server has been fun it has changed alot for the good and for the bad and i hope that the future of this server is a bright one. For those of you that haven't realised this is my resignation from the ONI Director position and my Formal Resignation from EL that i forgot to write. Ive played on this server for a hot second and ive seen them come and go. Some of the best memories i can remember was being a little ole gamemaker on the server hosting events on saturday morning at 7 a.m. when there was only one player on and making that one player suffer till his buddies got on and it turned into a full event and the story would flourish. Unfortunately we can't do that in this day and time cause of the circumstances that hold us back. I hope that this changes for yall, we use to be more creative and use to care more about what we created and i hope we go back to that. I stepped down from the position of EL cause i refused to work without my partner Maddox. There is nothing more to it then that. I wish EL Onyx and GM Popo the absolute best of luck no matter if you need anything just let me know and ill do my best to assist. To the server as a whole, dont forget the most important thing of this server and that is the the player. The Player is the heart and soul of Halo RP and without them you would not have the memories that have been created over the year. Thank you for the opportunities that were presented to me in the forms of Gamemakers and Executive Liaison, both of these positions i have learned alot and i will take with me from here. Lastly to the server good luck from here on out and make sure that you have something not just on the serve but in life worth living for cause we only live this life once.

Maddox-You have been my Brother and my friend, thank you for standing with me threw thick and thin. You were always there for me when i needed you bud and it means more then you know. I remember the first time i got EL and you said that i was your boss for the first time it meant alot cause wouldn’t let anyone carry that title, for you to respect me that much means something. We got into alot of trouble over the years but thru it all i gained someone i can rely upon and i can’t say that for many people that call themselves human in this day and age. This isn’t the end for us and i hope your future dreams become a present reality for you.
Jax-We had our ups and downs we have laughed we have argued and we even shed a tear together, these moments will not be forgotten because threw it all i knew you had my back. You Maddox and I were the last of the Spartan IIs we carried that title for some time and we were the last of a golden era. I remember the late night laughs and the minging that we did on other servers with ONI, those moments are what made our friendship worth it.
William-There is no hard feelings between us, you may be a pain in the ass sometimes but i know you mean well. I won't forget the conversations we had when it came to Money, Pussy and Everything in between. Don't worry i still got you on security just let me know when you need me to have your back, ill be there.
Harsh-Bud you always mad me laugh and you were that guy that didn’t have to worry about cutting up with. Its good to have you back on the server after so long, make it great again.
Atlas-things professionally didn’t end as i had hoped but know that i hope that your future is a good one. Buckled down and remember everything that i told you, take things seriously and never give up the drive to be the best that you can possibly be and you will go far.
Lidora-If you are reading this its because of you that i stayed on this server and its because of you that i was able to find peace in my own mind, thank you for standing with me and helping me push thru the darkness to find the light
Cole Train-You are the man, what you have turn HoJ into is really astounding im proud to call you friend and i hope that you take your faction to great heights my friend because they deserve it.
Tarkov|Falcon-You foreign bastards have been great friends and even though i am convinced you guys are gay for each other it's been a pleasure to list you guys as friends but most importantly one of my brothers
Achilles|Hades|Lilith-I Failed you, i really did but don't fail yourselves. You are still very young and that drive that you had for each other i hope you take it from here and take it IRL to achieve accomplishments that you only dreamed of.
Delta-Thank you for being part of my stories and always being loyal to the Office when we weren’t loyal to you. Continue fighting the good fight and dont let the haters piss on what we created.
Xain-Good luck sir, we already had our conversation and i will leave it at that, you were one of the few people that called me out on my bullshit and i appreciate that more then anything. It was what i needed a the time and it made a huge difference.
Lycan-You are a pig headed fool but you are still my bud, I wish you the best and remember the conversations we had and you will see success in everything. ill do the best I can to stay away from your sister … no promises though.
Vulcan-Thank you for being that guy that argued with me for a reason and no just out of spite. Many things were created and implemented cause of the arguments that we had late at night where you saw the flaw in something yet were too stubborn to admit your point wasn’t entirely right.
General Utah-Because of you this serve saw a period of seriousness and created a batch of loyal players that worked day and knight to keep that seriousness going to this day.
Panda-You still have alot to learn my friend but dont forget the most important thing in life, that is yourself. Without you there is not others.
